Ruby’s Cliffside is an amazing Studio (but with sleeping for 6 on 2 different levels), 2 Bath vacation home located at the top of Bluff Mountain. The views from this magnificent property are unlike any view in the entire area! Bring your binoculars to see Downtown Knoxville on a clear day from either of the home’s 2 spacious decks. Ruby’s Cliffside offers peace and serenity from the chaos of everyday life. The amenities of this home are just as unique as its architectural design. The space 🌄This unique home was built so that each level captures the magnificent views that abound from Ruby's Cliffside. 🌄As you enter on the main level, you are entering into a living space with a sofa, sauna, cozy gas fireplace (in-season from mid October-April). There is also a full bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer as well. As you head down the hallway towards the view, there is a stand up arcade with 100's of games. You have a dining table for 4 along with a bar in the kitchen for 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. As you open the french doors to the exterior deck, you will be greeted with the phenomenal view. On this deck, you can soak in the relaxing hot tub while being captivated with the vast mountain views. We have also provided a gas grill and seating on this deck as well. 🌄As you head up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the sleeping arrangements. Keep in mind this is studio style on this level. You have a King bed, sitting space with some comfy sofa's and TV. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on this level. As you move through this level, you will also find a day bed with trundle and a full size bed. This floor also has a set of doors that leads out to the 2nd floor deck for optimal views. There is plenty of seating on this deck so you can sit back and completely relax! 🌄There is a spiral staircase that leads to the 3rd floor where you will find some seating to look out at the views from unique portholes. We have also added an arcade with 2 seats so you can play all of your favorite classic arcade games! **PLEASE NOTE: THE TOP DECK IS NOT ACCESSIBLE!** 🌄Ruby's Ciffside is a majestic property and we know you will love "her" just as much as we do! 🐶 PET POLICY: We charge $75 per dog with a limit of 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Please send a message letting me know the breed of dog(s) you are bringing. When bringing your pet, we do ask that you tidy up after your dog. We KINDLY ask that you keep your dog(s) off of the furniture and do NOT allow them ON or IN the beds! You are subject to an additional charge if dog hair is found in the sheets and comforters/quilts and throw blankets. ❄️**If you are planning to visit during the winter months, I strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay, in the event of emergencies or weather related events!** 🎅🏼**PLEASE NOTE: I DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS!** Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note 🏔️We highly recommend 4WD during winter months. Ruby's Cliffside is a mountain top property, so we ask that you consider travel insurance when booking in the winter months. Roads are fully paved leading to the property. 🚫SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 TO HAVE THE HOME TREATED. 🚫NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! 🛀🏼You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety for every stay, we provide a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and dinnerware) but do not stock shared pantry staples like oils or spices. We recommend bringing your favorite ingredients to tailor your meals exactly to your liking! ♨️Please DO NOT adjust the hot tub temperature. The temperature has been preset at the recommended temperature for year round use. By adjusting the temperature, this can cause the hot tub to stop heating properly, which will require a service technician to come out. The cost of repair will be charged to the guest. If you have any questions regarding hot tub usage, please reach out and we will be happy to help you! 🐞 Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth. 🐶 PET POLICY: We charge $75 per dog with a limit of 2 dogs under 40 lbs.
