Wall mounted Smart TV for streaming entertainment . There are 3 private outdoor patios with Lake and Mountain View’s. Large fully equipped kitchen w/ electric range, refrigerator, ICE MAKER ,microwave, DISHWASHER , toaster, coffeemaker & cooking essentials make for easy meal prep! The house has instant hot water! Two beach chairs ,small cooler, and lots of beach towels are provided for lake outings. Shared laundry area with full size washer/dryer available . cleaning essentials are available for convenience. Bedroom offers VERY comfortable Sterns and Foster king size bed w/ luxury linens, extra pillows & blankets, closets, and views of the lake. Black out shades can be pulled down to keep room dark during long summer days. Well-appointed bathroom with spa shower, vanity sink, plush towels and bath essentials. High speed internet available throughout property for productivity & streaming entertainment and central heat/air conditioning for comfort. Dedicated guest parking in shared driveway for convenience to private entry. Other things to note If you are coming in the winter 4x4 is mandatory.
