The space Ideal for a walking or cycling vacation, come and enjoy and relax to the sounds of the waves and boats in our 55 m² 3-star tourist apartment, consisting of a living room/equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and shower room, with a splendid panoramic view of the Saint-Cyprien Marina and the Mediterranean Sea, it is located 100 meters from the beach with direct access to all amenities, shops, entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people + baby with a separate entrance to store your bicycles or other items, and free parking spaces are in front of and around the residence, except in July and August, when I provide a private parking space. We have tried to make every effort to ensure that your stay under the Catalan Sun lives up to your expectations. IN DETAIL: With its independent entrance, you will access an airlock serving a small cellar that can be used for storage. A staircase will allow you to access the accommodation which is composed as such for your comfort: An air-conditioned living room with open kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic condiments and everything you need to make good meals. All household products are provided as well as a dishwashing kit, dish towels, ironing kit, clothes hanger, vacuum cleaner, mop and more. In this living room you will also find the sitting area with its large connected TV where you can continue to follow your favorite series since the apartment has free Wi-Fi. In the first bedroom, you will find a quality 160 x 200 queen size bed, a connected TV, a fan, a radiator, and a closet with dressing room. In the second bedroom, we offer 2 single beds of 80 x 200 that we can put together on request to make a "queen size" bed of 160 x 200, a connected TV, a fan, a radiator, and a closet with dressing room. The view from these 2 bedrooms overlooks the back of the residence where there is a wooded park with games for children for good laughs. The apartment also offers a bathroom with double sink, shower, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, small fan heater, toilet and bath mat. For baby equipment, we provide free of charge a baby bed (sheets not provided), a folding bathtub, a toilet seat reducer and a high chair. All windows in the accommodation are equipped with double glazing with electric roller shutters. All mattresses and pillows are equipped with mattress covers and changed between each guest. Summer or winter duvets are at your disposal. Bedding and towel kit NOT PROVIDED, please bring the necessary. Cleaning is to be done!!! (products provided) You will be asked to do the necessary before leaving, since I am counting on you to return the accommodation to me in the condition you found it, that is to say impeccable!!!
