You’ll have the entire terrace level of our split level farm house to yourself- with your own private entrance, partial kitchenette (NO SINK, NO STOVE) Full bathroom, washer/dryer, personal AC/ heating unit, and private patio. A cozy, quiet, rustic light filled cabin style ‘home away from home’ -gorgeous views of the sun, trees, birds, rabbits, deer, and other nature scapes. Take a refreshing hike across the 11-acre hills of the property. In winter, cozy up to a wood- burning fireplace. You’ll have the entire terrace level of our split level farm house to yourself -with your own private entrance, partial kitchenette, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and private patio. Your kitchenette area includes a microwave, air fryer, mini- fridge, keurig coffee maker ( w/ pods included) as well as disposable utensils and dish ware. (No sink! No stove!) There is a fantastic Mexican restaurant ( Valley Grande Mexican Grill) open Mon- Sat and a fully stocked Grocery ( Dave’s Market) with lots of fresh produce and hand made items- from local farmers- located just a short 3 minute drive down the road. You’ll have access to the entire terrace level of our farm house. You are welcome to share a spot under our carport at the front of the house ( will require a downhill walk down a well- lit, paved stairs to reach your own private entrance at the back of the house. We are sitting on 11 acres and you have full access to the property grounds during your stay, so feel free to take a nature hike on the hills and explore. Don’t forget to bring bug spray in the summer- and if you do forget, we got you covered. Tasha and I are available by cellphone and chat in the app. We are super responsive and happy to help you. They are open Mon- Sat and have excellent service, good parking, and a convenient drive- thru window for take-out. We are also a short 6 minute drive to Valley Grande City Park which is a beautiful park with a great paved walking trail to help meet your daily steps goal You may get an occasional visit on your back patio from one of the friendly neighborhood outdoor cats:-). We are a quiet bunch, but you should expect to hear a reasonable level of distant voices, distant laughter, distant music/tv, and occasional shuffling, as we move about the house.
