With wraparound views to your own private garden sanctuary and the Kyneton Botanical Gardens nearly on your doorstep, Botanica House is your invitation to relax in modern luxury while only being moments to the high-end restaurants, bars, cafes, retail of central Kyneton and the Campaspe River Walk. This recently renovated and expanded three-bedroom home features a historic weatherboard front and an architecturally designed contemporary addition, making it the best of both worlds. The space The house skillfully blends modern open-plan kitchen and living spaces with comfortable and inviting bedrooms. The owner’s love of design shows with bold, clean lines, modern furniture and pops of colour. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space and master bedroom, along with bright, contemporary bathrooms make the space feel opulent. The thoughtful decor throughout the home makes the overall space restful and harmonious. Beyond the beautiful aesthetic is a home away from home where all possible creature comforts have been thought of. Guests can luxuriate in hotel quality linen, read by the cosy wood-burning fire, cook in the expansive chef’s kitchen, enjoy a soak in the freestanding bath, or dine outdoors while enjoying the rear garden. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. There is a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two king-single beds. A second full bathroom has a bathtub, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Living The large open-plan living room has garden views, a wood fire and a large TV with Netflix. Kitchen/Dining The well-equipped, modern kitchen is a generous size and wonderfully light space to work in. There is seating at the kitchen bench and a dining table that seats six. Laundry Full laundry with a washer and dryer to make longer stays easier. Garden The well-designed back garden features outdoor seating for six guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The owner does not live on site but we ask you to please respect the neighbours as the house is in a quiet, residential area. Other things to note As the house is close to neighbours we ask that any noise is reduced between the hours of 10 pm - 10 am.
