Elevincens Home is located in a strategic point in the historic center of the city. A few steps from the central Via Plebiscito, it enjoys an excellent location. Ursino Castle, Piazza Duomo, the famous Via Etnea and the main nightlife venues of Catania are practically within walking distance. In addition, our vacation home is just 2.5 km from the famous Playa di Catania. The house also has a barbecue area/ courtyard. The space The house has a large, finely furnished bedroom, a living area with a wall unit, a sofa bed with a peninsula, and an opening table. In the next room, there is the kitchen, complete with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and a sandwich grill. The kitchen overlooks the Sicilian-style courtyard used as a barbecue/relaxation area with a fully masonry laundry corner.
