Spacious room with double bed and built-in storage. The facilities are shared with myself (the owner) and my partner. The property is less than 1 mile from Blyth beach and is 14 miles to newcastle city centre. Guest access Apart from the room itself, guests will have access to the upstairs shared bathroom, W/C, kitchen and outdoor seating area/garden. The other rooms in the house such as the other bedrooms and downstairs rooms are private and not for AirBnB guest use. During your stay I am available to answer any questions or help with directions etc but will also respect your privacy. Other things to note Guests are free to use the kitchen area with the use of cooking equipment in the three drawers below the hob and the cupboard to the left of those drawers. Everything else in the kitchen/dining area is not for AirBnB guest use.
