Eskekärr Säteri Annexet is a large manor-like house with 15 beds. Rented for any number of days. Incredibly beautiful rural environment and with absolute proximity to Lake Lygnern. Large park that is sometimes used for wedding ceremonies. Approximately 100 meters to the beach, where it is possible to borrow/rent a boat and hot tub down by the jetty. Accessible for the disabled on the 1st floor, including a ramp to the terrace. Often rented by wedding guests. The space The house is fully equipped with everything necessary, two floors. Two bedrooms lower ground floor, kitchen and bathroom and laundry room. 2 large dining areas, 2 seating areas. TV 5 bedrooms on the upper floor, smaller kitchen with dining area, TV room, separate toilet and shower room. We make sure that all beds have clean pillows, duvets and mattress covers. Towels and bed linen are not included, brought by the tenant. Cleaning is not included, can be booked but must be booked in time. The house is huge and it takes many hours to clean for two people. Cost SEK 2,500 to be paid on site. If you want to clean yourself, all the necessary cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies are in the house. Guest access The entire house and its balcony are exclusively available to guests. Partially handicap accessible on the lower floor with ramp to the deck and entrance. There is also a large park outside to which you have access, shared with the house next door which is the main building. Some weekends we have wedding guests who use the park and the fountain for their wedding ceremony, then we let these guests have exclusive rights for a few hours for the wedding in the park, otherwise it is also free to use. Other things to note 100 meters to the beach where there is an opportunity to borrow a boat and hot tub for free, booked and shared with two other houses. Also possibility to rent kayak and rent the wood fired spa bath with aromatic herbs. All info in the cabin. Own sheets, towels and things for personal hygiene are brought by the tenant, everything else is in the house The guests clean up themselves or may possibly book cleaning for a fee, but then well in advance of arrival. Directly next to the property is Lake Lygnern, where guests have access to both boat and hot tub for a relaxing experience in the arms of nature. Nice hiking trails such as Hallandsleden and Kinnaleden. Eskekärr Säteri is otherwise surrounded by beautiful oak forest and many forest trails. Outdoor grill by the house; bring your own charcoal for the grill. Many ask us about hiking trails, there are a few trails in less driving distance, for example. Hyssnaleden and Hallandsleden, Hallandsleden can be walked on from nearby Fjärås Bräcka. Directly outside the property there are really lovely forest roads next to Säteriet, just walk over on the other side of Tostaredsvägen. About 1.5 km from the Annex there is a small nice pond if you google Finnstugan so I think you will find your way there, above Långhult. A short distance from the houses, there are cows and horses in a paddock, and these animals must not be disturbed. Therefore, it is forbidden to use fireworks at celebration, which also means it is dog friendly with us. Some weekends we also have weddings in the barn on the farm and then also a half hour for ceremony in the park by the fountain, then you are not allowed to stay there, otherwise it is free to arrive all other times.
