Our unit is fully furnished, with good bed, good bedding, full utensils, 300mbps wifi and smart TV, free drinking water (in galon, short term only 1 galon provide), We have 50" Smart, we have free NETFLIX and HBO GO, you can enjoy your days here. Besides, this unit has a parking lot, if you want to book with a parking lot. We will need to charge extra 300 pesos. Please provide your vehicle ORCR and driving license for registration in our Admin and security office The space It's a simple and cozy place, the bed is good quality, sturdy type, and not too soft and not too hard type. The aircon is window quiet type, our condo is not allowed for the split type aircon (so, dont compare with a split type aircon) and easy to use. We have an automatic washing machine, clothes rack and hangers too. Even though the space only 25sqm, but we have everything. Drinking Water in gallon, basic pot, pan, Kettle, utensils, cookwares and kitchenwares. unfortunately we don't provide any seasoning, oil, salt and sugar. Guest access Guest can use our condo amenities, but upon register with our condo's front desk, concierge, receiptionist. There is a swimming pool, gym room, sauna, massage room and function room. However, gym, sauna, and massage room are only for short-term guests 3months onward, common guests can only use our swimming pool. First 2person are free to use, 3rd person or visitors need 200pesos per person. Other things to note Strictly follow our houserules and instructions. all check out instructions, houserules are just at our doorstep, especially: NO smoking in our rooms, no leftover food or food trash/debris in the unit, store in the ref if you still want to eat. Throw the leftover food at the basement 3, there is security guard always at basement 3, he will show you where to throw. 1-2pax Only main bed, queen bed is free to provide, sofa beddings not free provide, we will charge 200pesos for the beddings, extra blanket/comforter. if you choose 3 person thats room rate already included. if 2 person need separate beds, or have kids follow need sleep separately we charge 200pesos.
