The space The space is perfect for a couple with or without a young child, looking for a comfortable place to stay. All guests can access all kitnet areas, including the full kitchen, living room with TV and wifi, service area and barbecue area. Guest access You will have access through the main gate, we will receive you and deliver the keys on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The kitnet is located in the center of Bombinhas, is inside a gated community with 4 other houses in the same location, each with its own privacy. Please read carefully before completing your reservation: We would like to inform you that, to ensure comfort during your stay in our apartment, we initially provide a basic set of bed linen and pillows, these items are made available as part of the services included in your reservation. However, blankets, bath/face towels or toiletries must be brought from home. If you need additional bed linens during your stay, an additional fee will apply to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided. Check-in: I will be at the property in person to welcome you and give you the keys. The address and my contact information will be sent after completing the reservation. Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. The garage is for 1 standard-sized vehicle; when the car is too large, they park in front of the property, as the neighborhood is quiet. Visits are allowed, but it is forbidden to receive people for overnight stays in the property without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
