The front yard has a porch for people and bird watching. This spacious 4-bed, 3-bath home has recently been renovated, yet it holds onto its original 1911-charm from the year it was built. This is a single-family home with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a living room and dining room that are connected, a modern open concept kitchen, a nook for reading, a hallway with washer and dryer, and two yards buzzing with life. Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, which is detached. Guests can also park at least one car in the driveway, but during the stay, there will be two of our cars parked at the very top. We will be in touch over Airbnb messages, and a local co-host is nearby if you need in-person help. This is an older LA neighborhood with lots of character. Each home is unique, as most were built in the early 1900s. The neighbors love where they live and know each other well. People are friendly. Altadena is famous for not having sidewalks. It’s part of the character. There are trails galore in walking distance or a short drive away. Two parks are also within one mile of the house: Farnsworth and Loma Alta Parks. Our cars will be parked at the top of the long driveway. Guests can park at least one car in the driveway. The others can be parked on the street. Bedroom #4 may be left as an office space with beds if requested, depending on guest preference. Please tell us beforehand so we can set it up.
