The space 🛏️ Your space includes: - Very comfortable king size bed - Private bathroom with hot water and essentials - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils - Private dining room for 3 people - Air conditioning and ceiling fan - Fast Wi-Fi ideal for home office 🌴 Common areas: - Terrace with shared pool to relax, just outside your room. - Pool open from 10:00am to 8:00pm - Outdoor tables 🚪 Additional amenities: - Self check-in with lockbox - Weekly cleaning for stays longer than 8 days - Cleaning and maintenance staff available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) 📍 Prime location: Just steps from Av. Niños Héroes, minutes from Expo Guadalajara, CAS, Medical Center, Chapultepec and other key areas. Ideal for tourists, executives, people visiting family or looking for a comfortable base to get to know the city. 🛑 No pets or parties allowed. ⏰ Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out before 11:00 AM Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire assigned apartment. 🏊‍♂️ In addition, you can freely enjoy the building's common areas: - Pool (from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm) - Terrace and rest area (from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm) 🗝️ Access to the building is with an entry code. Most check-ins are done autonomously via a lockbox, but if you prefer, we can arrange an in-person delivery during business hours. 🕓 Building hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) Other things to note 🔔 IMPORTANT: During the rainy season, temporary power outages may occur due to storms. It is not common, but it can happen for reasons beyond our control. We recommend keeping your devices charged as a precaution. If something happens, our team is available to support you.
