Amenities: - mezzanine bedroom area with double bed, recent Dunlopillo mattress 140 x 190 cm, sheets, duvet and pillows provided, wardrobe with hangers and storage lockers, - the VMC and the hot water tank are integrated into closets on the upper floor. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN the technical room, - lounge area equipped with a sofa bed with side table, TV stand, TV and internet box with fiber optic, - fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, plates, cooking utensils and basic products provided (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar), tea towels, sponge and dishwashing liquid provided, counter with stools that can accommodate 3 people to eat, - shower room with toilet: hairdryer, bath towels, hand towel and soap, - entrance: a coat rack to undress, - shutters or blinds on all openings.
