This 3 story mansion is on 6 acres with vast gardens, huge pool, outdoor kitchen and seating area, a screened-in porch, pond for fishing, & tons of space for outdoor games. The inside is cozy, spacious, and stocked with games! This oasis is the perfect escape to the country but within proximity to the beach, shops, stores, water park, fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, amphitheater & PAAC is 4 mins for sports tournaments! This mini “resort” is a dream! The space GREAT LOCATION! Close to Sports Plex, PAAC, amphitheater, beaches, wedding venues, and so much more! This amazing house is decorated with unique and beautiful antique furniture with some modern practical pieces scattered throughout. There is a Spacious Living Room with a big couch, comfortable chairs, a large Smart TV, a fireplace, and baby grand piano (ONLY for professionals). The Kitchen has a lot of counter space, cabinet storage, and a large island with a stove top and 4 barstools. The double oven is perfect for large crowds! There is also a large beverage fridge for overflow food and drinks. Great kitchen space for entertaining. There is a Formal Dining Room that seats 8 people, a Sunporch with a large table that seats 8, and Breakfast room (additional lounge room with big chairs overlooking the plush lawn and gardens) that all provide tables and chairs for games, food, or dining! Both the Living Area and the Sunporch have 2 large Smart TVs that are easy to use and that have Netflix and Amazon for those who have accounts. The Sunporch is a great cozy space to escape with a book- loads of book options are available throughout the house. The Formal Dining room also contains a large work space cabinet/desk that can be closed off with a sliding pocket door. Two bedrooms have vanities that can also serve as desk space if needed. The Bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with lots of sunny windows and double closets! There are extra blankets, pillows, and cots stored in many of the closets. The outside is the most GLORIOUS of all and makes this place the most perfect oasis! There is a large Pool with a diving board. There is also a Hot Tub located inside the pool area. There is a Outside Kitchen with a new grill (2023), full fridge, and a microwave. A large counter with bar stools and a large sectional couch. There are many chairs for lounging, tanning, and relaxing. There are also outside tables for more dining and games! The front and backyards are spacious and perfect for Spikeball, volleyball, corn hole, soccer, and other outdoor activities. There are two ponds at the house one in front of the house and one on the side. Perfect for fishing (FRONT POND ONLY), feeding fish and viewing water-life! The Screened-in-Porch overlooks the pool and the lawn. It is kept cool by a ceiling fan and the breeze so you can lounge on the comfortable outside couch and chairs without any worries of bugs! There is also an overheard light so that people can enjoy the space even after nightfall. Great space for reading, chatting, games, and napping. This is a dream house for gathering family and friends! Great space for entertaining and memory making!! Guest access Guests have private access to the 7 bedrooms and other rooms inside the house, pool, hot tub, screened porch, and outdoor kitchen areas. You will not share this space during your stay. Fishing is allowed in the large front pond. The Koi pond by the pool, the side of the house, and is for viewing enjoyment only. Many beautiful gardens surround the property, guests are free to explore and enjoy the gardens and relax in the various hammocks and swings. The In- Law suite is currently unavailable. Owner lives on property and maintains the grounds and pool. No anticipated interaction unless needed. Barns & sheds are for owners private use only. Other things to note The piano may ONLY be played by experts. Renters are responsible for damage to the piano.
