Beautiful apartment with large terrace surrounded by magnificent hills located in one of the most romantic villages in Liguria. Just 10 MINUTES walk from the center and beaches of Rapallo. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for guests' holidays and relaxation. Apartment equipped with WI-FI connection and WELL VENTILATED. The space Located on the fifth floor of five in a building with a lift. In the apartment we find a cozy and bright living area with a dining table, a sofa that becomes a sofa bed, a TV and a kitchen. The kitchen is new and equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. From here you can access a first terrace where it is possible to hang out the laundry. In the apartment there are 6 beds. In the first bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, there is a wardrobe and two bedside tables. In the second there is a sofa bed and a wardrobe also from here you can access the terrace. The bathroom consists of bathroom fixtures, a large shower, hairdryer and there is also a washing machine in the kitchen that can be used during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and are included in the price. The terrace reached by climbing a flight of stairs offers a breathtaking view of Rapallo. On the terrace there is also a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining during the summer evenings. The house is equipped with heating and free WI-FI service there are fans. There is no private parking but it is possible to park nearby. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Rapallo applies all the year a tourist tax of 2.5 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm).
