Description

This quiet, perfectly located home offers easy access to everything near Antony, Sceaux, Paris. RER B and C. Buses 286, 184 and 187. Very convenient for getting to Orly, taking an exam at the Jean Monnet Center in Rungis, working at Inrae in Antony (450 m walk from my home). Outdoor parking is available in front of the house. Refurbished bedroom and private bathroom. Typical 1960s location and the Castors movement in an original setting. Le Corbusier imagined this friendly habitat. The space 11 m2 bedroom with private closet, 140 double bed, small desk. Private bathroom + Private toilet on the landing Guest access Garden, dining room, kitchen and veranda During your stay I'll be available throughout your stay. Other things to note Wood-burning stove, fireplace. The bathtub has been re-enameled but has turned pink due to bleach cleaning. It is therefore very clean but a little yellow-pink You will have access to the kitchen as at home but as we moved in recently, the kitchen has not yet been redone (thank you for your indulgence). Possibility to use a very large room overlooking the garden if it is not occupied, subject to a special reservation. Ability to project movies on a screen if you have a video projector.
