Other things to note • No parties or events. • Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee. • Stairs required – Suites B & C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors. • This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks. • For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot. • There are excessive noise monitors present on the property.
