Ideal for multi-day stays or long-term, this home offers a retreat in the country. The private room is accompanied by a dedicated and newly renovated bathroom. Due to work; host is usually out of town on weekdays. You’ll have the house to yourself. Nestled just 1 mile outside the Town of Bailey. Flat Rates for long-term stays are also available The space The guest room is at the opposite end of the home from the host's master suite, and near the rear entrance. It features a queen memory foam bed with antique marble-topped bedside chests. The room also features a closet for your use. A full bath with tub/shower combo accompanies the room, just off the hall. The bathroom is dedicated to the guest's use only. The home was built in 2014 and has always been a pet/smoke-free environment. The home does feature a commercial grade, state-of-the-art water filtration, and softening system. In-home air is monitored by a whole home scale, air purifier using HEPA technology. When necessary it can exchange the home's air up to 4 times an hour, reducing up to 99.99 percent of particles 0.01 microns in the air, including pollen, pollutants, and other allergens. Ideal for those who have allergies. Guest access Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. Outside of the Guest room, the home features a traditional dining room area that seats 6. The large chef's kitchen is just off the comfy living room. The Living Room features a 50” Smart TV with Hulu+ (LIVE), Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV built-in. The home sits on a large lawn, over 4 acres in total. Guests will be provided with a code for door access within 24 hours of check-in via platform messenger. During your stay I have the privilege to work from home, locally at the Company HQ, and travel out of town too. Most recently, I’m usually away during the weekdays, out of town. I have close family always at hand next door and around the corner, for any hick-ups or questions that may occur.
