More distances : - Latina stop station 10km away - Rome 60km - Frosinone 54km - Valmontone 45km - Lungomare di Latina and Sabaudia waterfront both about 20 min drive The space The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (two that I offer and one I use personally), two bathrooms (one for you and one for me, although you can use both), a kitchen (the use of gas stoves - is not included) , a living room and two balconies. Provided with heating via radiators in every room, portable fans and internet. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, shared bathroom, living room, and breakfast hours to the kitchen (even if you want to use the microwave oven or have a nice coffee) . - It does not include the use of gas stoves - During your stay I'm a guy looking for work and a pretty introverted guy, so I leave you as much space as you want, I'll be in my room or out of the house during the days.
