The space Welcome! Welcome to Cotswold Cottage, hosted by Matt & Monica, with two fantastic lovely private bedrooms ready for you to stay. Refurbished and delightful. Private guest bathroom adjacent to guest bedrooms, with new power shower, bath, and toilet (only shared if a separate guest staying in the other room - check with host to confirm at time of booking). Heated towels and luxury accessories provided. Downstairs toilet. Large and beautifully landscaped garden (shared with host), with outside swing (weather dependent), furniture (weather dependent) and private use of modern BBQ (please provide 48 hours advanced notice to ensure all equipment available, weather dependent). Pets considered on request (downstairs). Continental Breakfast provided with host in large kitchen. Property is protected by an active door bell camera (video / sound) facing main road. EV charger available (extra fee payable). Guest access Host will provide duplicate key and "activated" alarm fob for entry and exit. Keys and fob returnable at check out. During your stay Hosts (Matt & Monica) will welcome guests, assist with bags to private guest room(s) as required. Breakfast provided by hosts up till 9am (weekdays) and 10am (weekends). Hosts are happy for a separate fee to provide transport and escorted Cotswold tours should this be of interest. Other things to note Please bring bikes (electronic if you prefer) these can be safely stored in the garage with outside access as required. All rooms have storage and hanging space. There are two guest bedrooms, which can accommodate four adults when both rooms in use (please book other room separately via airbnb). In exceptional circumstances for larger parties, it is possible for up to six adults to stay at the same time (using a third dedicated bedroom - not listed).
