Internal dimensions are 29.75” x 43.5”. • Fully-Loaded Luxury Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need, including a Margaritaville frozen concoction maker and toaster. Guest access We’ll message you 48 hours before check-in with the address and your unique door code. The neighborhood has its own golf cart and walk on beach access and there is ample private parking at the house. Other things to note ❈ If you are planning on having a party, this is not the house for you. We have neighbors that are full-time residents. We have quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Parties will incur a $500 fine as well as an additional cleaning fee. ❈ Note that our water heater will only serve hot water to one fixture at a time. The power grid in Crystal Beach is not the greatest, so the lights may also flicker when hot water is being used. If that’s going to make or break your vacation, I would consider another location. ❈ Person booking must be at least 24 and have government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform. ❈ Smoking or vaping in the house or on the decks is not allowed. This will incur a $500 fine.
