Old house completely renovated. It is located in a small quiet town in the countryside, 5 minutes from the first shops and 20 minutes from Niort. Ideally located, you can enjoy the Marais Poitevin (20 minutes), La Rochelle (1 hour), Futuroscope (50 minutes), O'Gliss Park Water Park (1 hour 10 minutes) or Puy du Fou (1 hour 15 minutes) Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, a seating area, a veranda, two bathrooms, 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other two are equipped with two single beds that can be put in double beds on request). Note: sheets are provided but not towels. Guest access A bicycle room is available. You will find all types of outdoor games (petanque balls, pucks, rackets, etc.) to enjoy the garden. Other things to note A connected socket to recharge your electric vehicle is available.
