Right on the water, in an exceptional setting, this fully renovated, unique and quiet Cozy studio, although only 8 km from the heart of Ajaccio, welcomes you for an idyllic vacation. Take the opportunity to take a break and admire the panoramic view of the Gulf of Lava and its famous sunsets from your terrace. A cabin suitcase will suffice as everything is provided, from the "Nespresso" to beach accessories! Baby allowed up to 6 months, materials not provided The space U CORSU: Tips! -ACCESS: Access: when arriving in the place called "I Costi di Villanova", (at the mailbox): turn right towards "A Pianedda", then 1st left "A Calzetta", at the roundabout, park to the left of the grand staircase and go up! KEYS: -1 key (orange), opens the electric shutter of the bay window -1: the smallest for the French window TECHNICAL: - TV: when you turn on the TV, press the house to launch the smart TV system, channels available on MOLOTOV, you can connect to your PRIME VIDEO, NETFLIX, DISNEY+ accounts if you wish. - The entire property is in a septic tank so you will want to avoid ANY chemicals (bleach, acids etc.). All the necessary products are provided, help yourself. - WC: DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TOILET (NO biodegradable wipes, NO tampons, NO cotton, NO HAIR) Only the paper SUPPLIED! - Dishwasher: to use, under-sink tablets. (Off-peak hours from 10:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) - Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. - Dirty linen: before departure, leave everything on the floor in the bathroom. (Do not wash and hang out laundry that will be rewashed because it will have been outside in the dust for too long). - Leave the studio as clean as you like to find it when you arrive. - No smoking inside. (ashtray on window outside) - The Studio is equipped with a reversible air conditioner (please close the bay window when it is working) OUTSIDE - Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the trash. -Thank you for closing the parasol as soon as you are away due to unpredictable gusts of wind. - No need to lower the big shutter when you go for a walk, but remember to close the curtains for the heat - Don't forget: headgear and shoes (plastic closed!) for the rocks. - Beach: towels, masks and equipment available in plastic cabinet on the terrace, yellow parasol available, HELP YOURSELF! Leave 1.5 hours before take-off time during school holidays Outside of Corsican school holidays (!) allow 45 minutes of margin!
