Trinity House Cottage is a renovated stables that lies deep in the heart of the Kent countryside, nestled between historic Sandwich and Canterbury. A rare chance to experience a luxurious getaway with no light pollution and no sound pollution, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of every day life! The cottage is a spacious, airy and quirky newly renovated stables set in 3 acres of beautiful and peaceful gardens, offering privacy and utter quiet with wonderful outlooks. Every effort has been put into making the cottage extremely comfortable and luxurious, giving guests that truly special experience. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom comprising of a luxury Spa Bath for those relaxing evenings after a long day. The second bedroom with it's outlook onto the front of the garden is equally luxurious. Both bedrooms have beautiful king sized beds, fitted with the very best bed linen ensuring the utmost comfort. Close to both bedrooms is the double person shower room with power shower. The cottage has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. The stunning kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and even a wine fridge! The dining area offers a beautiful solid oak table and chairs with a stunning view to enjoy your meals. The sitting area has two large comfortable sofa's offering the perfect view for the 50 inch Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, ITV Hub, BBC Iplayer, All 4, My 5 and many more. We have also recently installed a beautiful Bio Ethanel log burner, ensuring your evenings in the cottage are super cosy. The cottage is set in 3 acres of land, encompassing a large area of lawn suitable for ball games or sheltering under the beautiful willow trees lining the edges and a wild meadow with pathways to explore the various wild flowers and wild life that thrives here. Please help yourselves to the apples, plums and blackberry's on offer. The cottage itself has its own small private garden comprising of a private deck, a BBQ, a fire pit area and a quality rattan dining table and chairs/sofa with a parasol. All of this is fenced off to ensure you can relax in your own space if you have small children/dogs that you would like to keep contained at periods. BBQ coals and fire logs are supplied. We are delighted to share that a brand new Hot Tub has been added to the cottage’s garden. Featuring five seats, including two dedicated loungers, and equipped with 35 strategically positioned jets powered by a robust 3HP pump. Enhance your soak with integrated Bluetooth speakers while water-level LED lighting sets the perfect mood for evening relaxation. A perfect way to enjoy the stars, relax those muscles and listen to your favourite tunes all at the same time. The whole garden in addition to this is yours to explore and use, including the outdoor heated swimming pool with under pool lighting which has two double loungers, four stunning single loungers, a large parasol and a sofa seating area for 6 with dappled shade Guest access Guests are free to access the whole garden which includes a wild meadow, a more formal garden with lawn (great for ball games) and the heated outdoor swimming pool which has four luxury loungers, a parasol, a rocking bed and a sofa and chairs seating area with dappled shade. Other things to note We currently have our gardener every Tuesday in order to keep the grounds looking beautiful. He works from 8am - 3pm, not starting any machinery work until 10am. If this is going to be bothersome for you, please do let me know upon booking and I will ensure he doesn’t come during your stay.
