Affordable modern condo w/ Pool

This is my Condominium Unit, which I personally designed with touch of Minimalist and Modern Design. Even the Bathroom is fully renovated for the comfort the Guest. The space This is located in a Brand New Condominium, so the neighboring units are not yet occupied, and sometimes if the new owners will occupy their unit they might do renovations which the Management will allow between 8am to 5pm, so during this time you may experience minimum to loud renovation noises. Guest access Guest can access the amenities such as the Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Grilling Area for FREE! Inside the unit there's an optional Washer or Washing Machine but it will not be included in the Price of the stay, Guest may request use of the washer with a very small charge. Other things to note 📌Pls don’t hesitate to message me if there’s any concerns in the unit such as Netflix got logged out, dispenser ran out of water, etc. I’ll be happy to help. 📌Pay Parking- Overnight (Car 150 pesos) and (motorcycle 75 pesos) 📌FREE HOT AND COLD DRINKING WATER 📌CAN COOK SIMPLE MEALS 📌FREE MOVIE STREAMING (netflix and prime video)
