Conifers provides elegant en suite bedrooms exclusively for adults, on a 'room only' basis. The rooms are located on the ground floor of our recently renovated Eco home, which is set back from the centre of Lyme Regis, offering sea and countryside vistas. With convenient access to the coastal path and cliff walks of the Jurassic Coast, and minutes away from the Lyme Regis Golf Club. Situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, Conifers is only a 15-minute walk down to the sea and town centre. The space Ground floor, large en-suite bedroom with garden views. Distant sea views of the famous Cobb harbour of Lyme Regis from the outside terrace and patio. A perfect base to explore the delights of West Dorset & East Devon's stunning coast and countryside. Guest access All of the guest rooms are located on the ground floor, which also has a guest lounge with comfortable settees, a dining table and chairs, and a refrigerator for chilling drinks. The guest lounge opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture that is available for your use. From there, you can take in the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. During your stay We will be available during your stay as we live on site, and pleased to offer any advice and assistance including places to eat and visit, to help you make the most of your stay. Other things to note Conifers underwent significant renovations and an eco-friendly project two years ago, incorporating Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels technology. As a result, it has achieved an 'A' grade for energy performance. Additionally, a Zappi EV charger is available for guest use (chargeable). Please note that this is 'Room Only' accommodation.
