The Barn@Moat Farm is a delightful converted two bedroom barn, a short car ride from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. The barn sits in the grounds surrounding Moat Farm, a historic Grade 2* listed, 16th Century moated farmhouse. The Barn@MoatFarm boasts luxurious White Company feather bedding and quality beds, a cosy sitting room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The barn is perfect for a romantic stay or a sightseeing trip with friends and family The space The Barn@Moat Farm is a self-contained two bedroomed barn providing the perfect escape for a variety of guest combinations. One couple, hosted in a King bedroom and a single with a desk. Two couples, hosted in two King Bedrooms or configured as one king and one twin. We request that you let us know a week before your arrival if you would like the second bedroom as a king or a twin configuration. Families, two adults and two children. An infant can be accommodated in a travel cot. Family bathroom with a bath and in bath stand up Burlington shower. The kitchen is new and well equipped, it has an induction hob, electric oven and seating for up to four guests. The sitting room has a comfy squidgy sofa, two leather chairs, a small TV and a gas fire. The outside space is gravel with a lawn area in front of the Dovecote with outside dining area. PLEASE NOTE: The Moated Area surrounding the Main house is prohibited to guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the barn and adjacent dining and grass space. Other things to note The Barn@MoatFarm is adjacent to Moat Farm. The Farmhouse has a large expanse of water surrounding it which is an area prohibited to guests. Guests with children must ensure children are not in the vicinity of the moat. Please also note that the owners of Moat Farm have two very friendly Black and Tan dogs (one large and one small). The dogs do not roam free without the owners in the garden and do not have access to the Barn as some guests are allergic.
