Hello 👋🏼 and thank you for taking the time to look into our home 🏡 our place is equipped with pool,pool table, black jack/ roulette, darts and much more to keep the family entertained. Equipped with High speed internet & smart TVs. Centrally located in Lehigh; 2 mns walk to miniGolf and Lehigh acres park & 5 mns radius drive to Starbucks & amazing restaurants, even bowling 🎳 . Top golf, and many other amazing places and night life are located in Fort myers, just 15-20 mns away. The space Our home is a 1993 home, so it has some wear and tear of amazing moments lived in there :) it is located in a .5 acre lot surrounded by green lots on each side of the house, providing you & your family with amazing privacy. Neibors are friendly and you will get to walk the neighborhood if you decide to, neighborhood is extremely safe :). The cameras are only in the outside of the property, and they are only for the security of all. The garage is not included for parking, but the driveway is big enough to accommodate 4-5 cars. The sides of the home have ample space for parking if more is needed. Guest access Full house, No garage access Other things to note ✨Early check-in (when available) $50* ✨late check-out (when available) $50, until 12 pm, $50 per hour thereafter* ✨Weekly Pool maintenance included* Friday/Saturday ✨(Winter) Pool heating included up to 80 degrees, after that its $35 per day, up to 85 degrees ✨BBQ is included at no extra fee, but guests are responsible for gas and cleaning of BBQ after use* ✨Not events, unless previously arranged with owner. ✨No extra visitors to exceed count of 10 people. A charge of $300 will be placed! ✨No more than 10 people allow to stay to sleep in property, at any given time* ✨Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay* We DO NOT provide: pets beds/blankets, waste bags, toys. Guest is responsible of bringing their own.
