Spectacular clifftop house 150 yards from gorgeous sandy beach with stunning views of the North coast of Tortola The space Lowena is a small well-appointed 2 level wooden house perched on a cliff next to beautiful Rogues Bay. It comprises one large bedroom with king size bed and adjacent bathroom upstairs and open plan kitchen/living room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel Viking range and Fridge, Microwave, plus a washer / dryer in a small adjacent room. The house is very open to the breezes and has large deck spaces all around, some shaded and some open to the sun. The bedroom is spacious and light with 180° panoramic views over the sea . We have recently installed a new split Air Conditioning system in the bedroom Guest access The house has its own entrance and is completely separate from the owners house nearby. it is quite private and not overlooked by any other houses.
