Located 10 min walk from the beach and 5 min from the city center with its shops (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, Carrefour Express, restaurants...) Nausicaa is 15 minutes away by car. The space This house includes on the ground floor: An entrance serving a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine... A large living room with a dining area for 8 people, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (good bedding), TV and Wi-Fi and access to the south-facing garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Separate toilet Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: The 1st with a bed for 2 people (160 × 190) and storage. The 2nd with a double bed (140 × 190) and storage. The 3rd with 2 single beds 1 person with storage. A large bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower. And a separate toilet. You can enjoy a garage to put bicycles or other items as well as a driveway where you can park. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the garage. A travel cot is also available free of charge upon request, as well as a baby bath. Linens for each bed are also provided free of charge.
