Old presbytery with garden & swimming pool for 9

In the heart of a wine village close to Beziers, Montpellier and the beaches, I offer a very old 200 m2 presbytery from the 11th century, with enclosed garden equipped with a small swimming pool (4*2.5) in Bali stone, with garden furniture, BBQ/plancha etc.... It is authentic, unique and close to all amenities (less than 50 from the main street with café, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, snack, butcher, cellars...).
