It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within 5 minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few tram stops or a short walk away. The space includes 2 bedrooms (with a queen bed in the main one and a double in the second), 2 bathrooms open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to Fawkner Park and glimpses of the city. There are 2 split system air conditioners: in the living room and in the master bedroom. If you are visiting Melbourne by car, the apartment has a secure undercover car space accessible 24 hours a day. Guest access PARKING INFO: Height clearance: 2.1m Parking spot size: length 5m, width 2.5m Other things to note 1. PLEASE NOTE: There is a new building undergoing construction in the block across the road. On many days, there will be no activity that you may hear. On other weekdays, and only during waking hours and never in the evenings, you may hear construction noise if you leave the balcony doors or windows open. There is minimal discernible noise when indoors with the doors and windows closed. Thanks for your understanding. 2. Any amenities included in this building will be managed by building management and are outside our control.
