Bedroom one is a calm and clean double bedroom with a comfortable bed, ample storage, TV (including subscriptions), window to the front and large skylight. Bedroom 2 is a Childs single room with a single bed looking out onto the back garden. It has storage and a TV. There is no picture yet as this room is currently undergoing decoration and new furniture. Bedroom 3 is a Childs quaint little bedroom with a bespoke 4 ft integrated mezzanine bed which is quite high so not suitable for very young children. It is decorated to the same standard as the rest of the house. There is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelves. A little window overlooks the garden and there is a large skylight above the bed so you can watch the stars as you fall to sleep. The bathroom has a powerful overhead shower, a large bath, a handheld shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and plenty of hanging space for your beach towels. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you would expect. Kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher and large gas hob. There is a large window which overlooks the private garden. The dining room has plenty of lighting and comfortable seating for four people. The lounge is extremely cosy and comfy with a large TV that swivels between the lounge and dining room. There are two comfortable sofas and a log burner (but hopefully you won't need that in August!) The garden is private, south facing and split level. The lower level which is directly outside the kitchen has a wall mounted, half rotary washing line. There is a hammock for snoozing in the sun or partial shade. The upper level has two seats with a small table for you to have coffee and a comfortable butterfly chair to chill in. There is a newly installed rectangular trampoline for your little ones to burn off all their excess energy. Flowerbeds surround the seating areas and the garden is partly walled with natural, Devon stone. It feels private and pleasant. Through the small garden gate is a private parking space and this is where you will find the bins.
