The space Roxby has an enviable location where the garden stretches to the banks of the River Eamont which continues its journey past the cottage to Lake Ullswater. Being all ground floor, the bungalow provides spacious family accommodation perfect for those who struggle with stairs. Furnished and equipped to a high standard guests can relax in the spacious lounge, on warm, sunny days, open the picture windows framing the view over the garden to the river and bring the outdoors in or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio next to the river.
