Affordable staycation with pool access (under maintenance until August 11) in a peaceful neighborhood with 24/7 security. The space • 1 Queen Size Bed, 1 Floor Mattress and 1 Sofa Bed that can sleep up to 5 pax • A dedicated work/vanity area inside the bedroom • Comfy 3-seater couch with throw pillows • 40" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, etc. • 100mbps PLDT Fibr WiFi • Dining area can accommodate up to 4 pax (5th and 6th guest may use the living area) • Utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, placemats, dish soaps, rags and kitchen towels are provided • Tap water is potable but we will provide 1 bottled water per guest • Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, induction cooker, range hood, and electric kettle. • Standard bathroom with towels and basic toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo (2 sachets), soap (1 x 10g), toothpaste (1 x 5g) and toothbrush (2pcs) are provided • Paid parking at 300php per day is available within the property subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange to reserve a slot for you. Other things to note BASIC HOUSE RULES • No unregistered guests allowed. Guests are required to submit 1 valid ID and complete names of guests for the endorsement form. Please finalize the list of guests (up to 5 pax only) upon booking. • No loud noise/music/parties/events allowed. • No smoking/open flames allowed. • No illegal substances allowed. • No pets allowed. • Only light cooking is allowed. • We are charging a minimal cleaning fee but we would greatly appreciate it if you observe the basic Clay Go rules Please review the complete list of house rules before booking.
