Walk into the cozy living room—featuring a Floyd sofa, fireplace, and Samsung Frame Smart TV with all the streaming apps. To your left is the spacious eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with a full-size fridge, oven, induction cooktop, and integrated dishwasher--as well as complimentary coffee. You’ll have everything you need to cook full meals and enjoy them in style. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, including one with a dedicated workspace for Zoom calls. Both bedrooms feature Casper mattresses and high-quality linens, and the full bath was recently refreshed. We provide laundry detergent and the Miele washer/dryer are yours to use as you please. Guest access Head up one flight of stairs from street level. Access the apartment through the private front door via Schlage smart lock. This unit is one of two in this quiet building; the entire unit and patio are for your private use. Other things to note The house stays comfortable all year round, with smart thermostat central heating and an electric fireplace for colder outdoor temps. The building's unique design keeps the unit naturally cool in summer, and fans are provided in both bedrooms for additional comfort. Street parking is always available directly in front of the house. We believe in respecting your privacy. As such, there are no cameras or recording devices anywhere on the property.
