Wake up and have pancakes and syrup with coffee or tea. 1.4 miles away from the Art District and 1.6 miles away from the Ferry Terminal. The space We strive to create a home away from home for our guests in this 730 square foot 1 bedroom. There is 1 small step to get inside and no steps inside the house. We do our best to provide a clean and prepared home with enough supplies to get you thru until you have a chance to get a store. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy our place so we have tried to make easy to maintain as much as we could. We have hardwood flooring throughout the house just in case there may be an accident. We provide cleaning supplies to help as well. If cooking at home is more your style. We want you to use a full kitchen with a full size fridge freezer, a full size gas stove, microwave, toaster, enough pots and pans, mixing bowls, and utensils to make a home cooked meal. We provide cooking basics like flour, salt and pepper, 2 types of cooking oil. Make sure you get some ice cream to take advantage of the ice cream scoop. If you bring the wine we have a corkscrew and wine glasses. We provide pancake mix and syrup for breakfast. A Keurig with some decaf and Regular coffee pods with cream and sweeteners packets to get you started and few different types of tea if that is more to your liking. In the open living room / dining room you will find a table and 2 benches to eat your meals. Relax on the large couch with chases lounge. The Window AC mounted in the living room is whisper quiet to not disturb you while you watch your favorite amazon prime shows (included) or you can use the high speed internet to cast your streaming service to the 55 inch smart tv. We have a comfortable 12 in thick king bed with 2 types of pillows. The bedroom has a roll around full length mirror. In the closet you will find hangers, extra sheets and blankets. There is a self inflating Queen sized air mattress for your extra guests. The full bathroom is accessed through the hallway. It has a tub shower combo with a wand style shower head. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided as well as hand soap provided.. There is a hair dryer and make up mirror to help get ready and designated make up towels. In the linen and utility closest you will find a that has extra towels and supplies including a broom, mop, and vacuum. There is ample private parking for you behind the Duplex. The parking level is down 1 level . You may either take the stairs located between the 2 duplexes on this lot or walk up the side walk with out steps. Guest access The entire home is yours. The back parking lot and exterior stairs are shared. This house is 1 floor with 1 step to get inside. The parking is in back and is 1 story down a flight of concrete steps.
