Gîtes du Canard Vert in the heart of the Dombes. Héron Gris accommodation. This peaceful cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large entrance, a bathroom with window, a separate toilet, a large bedroom with double exposure and a closet and a beautiful living room, sofa bed, armchair, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. All overlooking a large terrace and enclosed garden where you can enjoy the calm and nature. The space The common entrance to the two cottages overlooks two doors, one on the right for the Héron Gris and the other opposite for the Cigogne. At the entrance, you arrive in a hallway that serves the toilet, then the bathroom, then the bedroom facing the front door. Then, the hallway leads to a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, a French window overlooking the terrace and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and TV. The terrace, equipped with a table and garden chairs, precedes a private garden with two sun loungers to enjoy your stay in idleness. Guest access A parking lot shared with the owners is available for guests, the accommodation is independent and adjoining another cottage, with its garden and private terrace. Other things to note We reserve the right to charge for heating in winter if it is used disproportionately to conventional use, beyond 20 kWh per day.
