Want a night in? No problem, our well-equipped kitchen will suit your needs no matter what you are planning to serve. This unit also features a private deck where you can enjoy a hot cup of morning coffee or an ice-cold afternoon beverage. The lower level has a main bedroom with queen size bed, a queen-size pull-out mattress, and full bathroom. The loft second floor has a large bedroom with 2 full sized beds, a full bathroom, and an office nook. Guests will receive access to the community amenities, 2 pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts. Headed to the beach? We’ve got you covered! From beach chairs to yard games, you’re all set for a day of fun in the sun! Don’t forget to bring along a few books from our modest library. Headed to the course? Feel free to take along our clubs, provided for your use, 1 right-hand set of each men’s and women’s. Guest access Guests will receive specific instructions to locate the unit upon booking. Other things to note This unit is on the second floor, with stair access only, and also has stairs to a loft in the unit. Guests are subject to all association Rules and Regulations during their stay. The association allows pets on the premises for permanent residents only. Please leave your pets at home. The coffee maker can accommodate both ground coffee for a 12-cup carafe, OR a single k-cup. Our “Bring Your Own Coffee” policy allows you to enjoy a taste of home and not have to sacrifice the start of your day.
