Welcome to our cozy apartment in Jardim Botânico, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro! Our space is ideal for a couple or a family seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in RJ. In addition to enjoying the charms that the neighborhood offers (nature, excellent restaurants), we are within short walking distance of Gávea, Lagoa, and Humaitá. The beaches of Leblon and Ipanema are approximately 3.5 km from the apartment and can be reached by bicycle or car in 10 minutes. The space Our 1st floor space of 100m² features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a workspace, a kitchen and laundry area integrated into the living room, and a lovely balcony that adds the final touch of charm to the property. We also have 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower on the balcony. Washing machines for clothes and dishes, as well as kitchen and bathroom amenities, will be at the guests' disposal! Guest access All areas of the apartment will be available to guests! Enjoy your stay! It's worth noting that we still use the space a few times a month, so the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Personal belongings will be present in the apartment, but we have cleared some wardrobe space for guests to settle in comfortably. Other things to note Please, before requesting the reservation, ensure you agree with the following conditions: 1. The apartment is located in a small and quiet building. To maintain good relations with the neighbors, the following are not allowed: inviting other people to the apartment, playing music in the outdoor area, or playing loud music indoors during the day or night. 2. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible if the apartment is already prepared. 3. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
