Guest access Guest access is from the off street parking area, leading up the stairs at the rear of the house, to the apartment’s porch and front door. Entry is via a secure keypad, and your personal access code will be provided before arrival. Other things to note I live in an apartment on the first floor with an entrance in the back. You can find me there if you need me. There is a 2 bedroom apartment that is entered from the back of the house. I put considerable sound proofing between the two apartments. It’s possible to rent both apartments and have 3 bedrooms where 9 people maximum can stay. I offer a 10% weekly discount and a 30% monthly discount. There is a patio available to you in the backyard with a fire pit. It is shared with myself and the other AIRBNB guests but is often unused. You have a private side entrance from which you can go outside to the side yard or downstairs to the shared laundry facility.I offer a 20% discount for a weeks booking, A monthly 40% discount, and a 60% discount for a minimum of 3 month bookings between the dates of October 31st, 2025 and June 15 2026.
