This listing concerns the upper floor of our stone detached house, which upper floor is autonomous and independent from the lower floor and is not internally connected. Our accommodation is fully equipped internally with modern electrical appliances. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in the spacious bedroom, 1 single bed in the wooden loft and 2 singles in the third room), two bathrooms, one of which is located in the loft, as well as a magnificent living room which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The airy living room area has a fireplace, 2 leather sofas and a fantastic raised wooden ceiling, which is adorned with a vintage crystal chandelier. The entrances and in general the areas of the accommodation are suitable for people with special needs. At the same time, we have equipped it with facilities for longer stays such as a barbecue grill, microwave oven, etc. Our traditional Stone Mansion is suitable for all seasons as it is surrounded by mountains for the winter and the sea for the summer. There are plenty of options for excursions to mountain locations such as Eurostini a place with great food and beautiful natural scenery. There you meet Rema ton Mylon just 15 kilometers from the beach of Derveni, a truly beautiful location with impressive plane trees, beautiful ponds and traditional stone fountains. Also ideal destinations for walking and photography, the beautiful natural Lake Tsivlou and the fantastic artificial Lake of Doxa. You can also visit Mount Kyllini or Ziria which is also a small ski resort. In ancient times Kyllini belonged to Arcadia and was the largest of the Arcadian mountains.
