Our house has 2 cozy bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people in beds and 6 if you consider an extra mattress, making it a great option for families or groups of friends. Located in downtown Bombinhas, our house is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars, as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The space Inside the house, you will find a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful beaches and attractions of Bombinhas. The living room includes a television and a dining area for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the utensils and dishes you need to cook. The house has 1 bathroom and all the essential amenities you need during your stay. Guest access The entire space is for the exclusive use of guests, except for the laundry and garage, which are for common use. Other things to note Please read carefully before completing your reservation: > Check-in: I will be personally at the property to welcome you and hand over the keys. The address and my contact will be sent after you complete the reservation. > The property has basic bedding and pillows, but personal items such as blankets, soap, shampoo and conditioner must be brought by you. > Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. > The garage is covered and fits 1 standard-sized vehicle; when 2 cars come, they usually leave 1 in front of the building. > Pets will only be accepted upon advance request to avoid inconvenience. > Visitors are allowed, but it is forbidden to receive people to stay overnight in the property without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
