Home for the Holidays-Close to airport and Bangor!

Bring the whole family to this spacious home with lots of room for fun, rest and relaxation. This is my primary home during the School year and travel in the summer and I want to share this comfy cozy home with folks visiting the area! The home is decorated in a stylish neutral decor. Splashes of pink tricycles, play kitchen goods, toys and princess castles for your enjoyment! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath Distances to Popular Attractions Maine Savings Amphitheater-7.9 Acadia/Bar Harbor-51.9 Airport-6 The space Open concept downstairs with kitchen, eating area and living room. Around the open foyer and stairwell is an office space and pull out sofa that could allow an extra couple of guests if you wanted! Also more formal dining room between office space and behind kitchen. Master bedroom with King bed, heat pump, tv, whirlpool tub, Bluetooth speaker and color changing light, stand up shower and double vanity!! Queen bed with comfy Nectar mattress and giant tv and electric fireplace tv stand. And third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on bottom, twin on top and trundle bed. Floor and walking space in front of the bed are non existent when the trundle is pulled out but kids make it work! In that room in the closet/ playroom there are a lot of cool toys to play with! Great deck with table and chairs with a Neato lighted umbrella and a decent size propane grill. Giant side yard to enjoy as well as a cozy front porch with an outdoor sectional and a couple of rocking chairs. Recently added modest home gym if you want to get your workout on while on vacation! As this is my primary house during the School year most personal things are stashed in those places. Everywhere else, have at it!! Other things to note There is a dog and a cat that live in the home during the time I reside there, cleaners will do their best to tackle pet hairs and leave no trace of hair. They will be at the pet resort in town or traveling with us during stays! Due to my pets, I am offering the house as pet friendly as long as the pets are friendly to the home!!
