Crossing the road to the shore is trespassing. Excellent public beaches and a boat launch are conveniently located just a few minutes away. 🐾We love hosting furry friends! We maintain a high standard of cleanliness, but if you have severe pet allergies, this may not be the best fit for you. (Please note pets must be reserved at checkout.) 💦The Hot Tub is serviced weekly. A technician may need to briefly enter the backyard to perform this maintenance but will not need to enter the house. 👉We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, including due to weather or travel delays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house and its expansive 1+ acre private yard. Check-in is seamless with our keyless entry system. You'll receive a unique, secure door code for the duration of your stay. No spaces are shared. Other things to note 🛥️ Somerset Pointe, a public boat launch, is a mere 0.4 miles down the road—super easy access for boating enthusiasts. Even more launches are located within a 10-minute drive. 🏖️ Stunning sandy beaches and a playground are just 2 miles away at Whiting Park Beach.
