OUTSIDE The apartment is built on rising ground and is accessed on ground floor level from the rear or first floor level from the front. There is a first floor balcony to the front of the property, which is accessed from the lockable sliding doors in the open-plan living area. Outdoor furniture is provided. Please note that the balcony is fully enclosed, however young children must be supervised at all times. There is a designated parking space for each apartment directly to the front of the development which comprises eight apartments in total. There is a disabled parking space and guest parking spaces on a first come, first served basis. There is additional parking in the public car park in the village. Other things to note Important Information The property sits in a block of four luxury apartments with a further block of four immediately adjacent. The apartment has its own entrance, sits on the first floor and is front-facing. It is important to note that there is another property next door. The balconies are separated by large planters and mature shrubs which provide screening and privacy.
