Santa's room is strategically located so that it is safe, private, quiet, on a one-acre lot, with minimal noise from neighbors. We are just 3 minutes from the center of town, where you will find bakeries, gas stations, supermarkets, grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, hardware stores, passive parks, pizzerias, Chinese food, and much more. Florida town is between Manatí, Arecibo, and Utuado. Only 20 minutes from Express 22. Wide road, no cliffs. Left bags , enjoy island, come back & relax. The space Is a self check in with a key. The room has a full size bed, futton, closet to hang clothes. There are also towels and blankets. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and sewing equipment. A/C. The bathroom is in the bedroom with a private door. Equipped kitchen. Own private car garage. and more. We have chickens and cats. It's a country site, so you will heard some crickets, coquies, birds etc. I DON'T charge cleaning, you just follow cleaning rules. Guest access We have a large patio to walk around. There is a wooden house at the foot of the mountain, which you can visit. Other things to note We have solar panels, solar water heater for the shower. Water reserve, in case of emergency. ​We don't have public transportation , you need a car to move around.
