This pretty little dower house is ideally located in the beautiful parish of St Andrews. Nestled in a small country lane surrounded by fields with lovely country walks. Conveniently located near to the main bus routes or just a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk into St Peter Port. Situated in the grounds of the owners property but completely separate with one parking space. This lovely holiday home has peace and tranquility yet only minutes away from the hub of the main town. The space The property has a modern well equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar and stools and has an oven and grill, hob, convection microwave, fridge freezer and a washer dryer. There is tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and a small food hamper to get you started. The lounge diner has two settees and an armchair, two footstools, table and four chairs and various side tables. The sideboard contains wine and beer glasses. There is a 42” free view tv with Netflix, Prime, ITVX and Disney. There is a dvd player and a selection of dvds, various reading books and a variety of games. The ground floor bathroom is fitted with a shower bath, wash hand basin, wc, bathroom cabinet with light and de mister, electric towel rail, heater, extractor fan and scales. The narrow stairs lead to a large upstairs bedroom which has a double bed with bedside cabinets and side lights, two arm chairs, a clothes rail, chest of drawers and work desk. There is a 42” free view tv with Netflix, Prime, Disney and ItvX together with a cd player and variety of cds, radio and alarm clock. Externally there is an allocated parking space, a raised decked seating area with table and chairs and two sunbathing recliners, which look out onto the large sunny garden. This area of the garden is rarely used by the owners as they have an additional private back garden for their own use. Guest access The property is accessed through double electric gates, there is a green button to open them on the right hand side as you enter. Immediately outside the front of the property is the allocated parking space with pedestrian access to your own front door. The large sunny garden to the rear of the property is for your enjoyment. This is very rarely used by the owners who have their own private garden to the rear of their property.
