Little 1BR flat in Alfama

This cute and little 1 bedroom apartment is located in Alfama, the oldest and one of the most typical neighborhoods in Lisboa, it’s just a 4-minute walk from Miradouro das Portas do Sol and a 8-minute walk from Castelo de São Jorge, which means that it’s the perfect base to visit our beautiful city on foot! :) The space Before you book, please see all the photos and read everything until the end so you know exactly what you’re getting, what’s provided and what to expect! :) [SPACE DESCRIPTION] - The apartment is located on Rua da Oliveirinha - Lisboa, which is a street that is exclusively pedestrian (entrance and passage of cars is not allowed!) so the closest place you can reach by car is Largo de Santa Marinha. From there, just take a short walk (1 minute, 60 meters away) until you reach the apartment. - It is a ground floor and the apartment door leads directly to the street. - It is equipped with wi-fi internet (1Gbps speed). - It has a maximum capacity of 4 people (babies and children included) so, although Airbnb allows adding babies in addition to 4 guests, reservations for more than 4 people in total will not be accepted. - Children are very welcome, the apartment has 1 travel bed [60x120cm – bed linen is provided], 1 high chair and 1 baby bath. - It is NOT suitable for pets because I am severely allergic. - It is an ideal place for people who want to spend the day visiting the city and need a friendly and welcoming place to rest at the end of the day. [APARTMENT DIVISIONS] - The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. LIVING ROOM: - It has a sofa bed that measures 150 x 200cm. - Bed linen for the sofa bed will be provided upon prior request prior to the start of the stay, free of charge. After the start of the stay, this request will incur an additional cost. - Television - Air Conditioning [with dual heating/cooling function]. Other things to note - Please bear in mind that you are staying in in an area with small and narrow streets where people live all year round, so I kindly ask you to specially respect the silent hours as neighbors need to rest after a long day of work, so be the neighbor you wish you had at your own house. - The noise caused by the voices of people and the wheels of suitcases on the cobblestones is extremely disturbing, so I ask that, during quiet hours, the volume of conversation in the street is as low as possible and that the suitcases are carried out in the air, without dragging them along the ground with the wheels. - Being an old building, the soundproofing is not good, so you will hear noise coming from the other apartments, the street and the city in general. Please expect all types of noise caused by people, children, pets, traffic, construction, renovations, etc., outside quiet hours (between 8am and 10pm). I recommend that you bring ear plugs. - During the month of June, Lisboa celebrates its existence and there are a lot of festivities (which are incredibly fun, I personally love them!) so there will be live music and people in the streets celebrating all month long. There will be a lot more noise than usual during this period! - This apartment is super environmentally friendly, so it has an 80 liter hot water tank that comfortably allows for 4 consecutive baths of about 5 minutes each (if you don't use hot water anywhere else!).
