Other things to note We'll supply an initial set of essentials such as tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. For month long stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their toiletries as needed. HVAC: AC/heat controls by the living room couch. HVAC operates seasonally.
