We are excited to host you in this prime downtown unit. We offer a professional yet cozy atmosphere with a focus on convenience and stunning views. Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed with 100% cotton linens. - Living Room: 1 Sofa Bed, perfect for extra guests. The unit features a spacious layout, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a private, fully stocked bathroom. It’s a spotless, modern sanctuary designed for both relaxation and productivity! Guest access You'll have full access to the building and all common spaces. This includes a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. Stay active at our full gym and aerobics section! The building features 24-hour security personnel at the front desk for your peace of mind. When you want to relax outdoors, the front of the building has a terrace with dining tables. Please note that while the building is an older landmark, the apartment itself is fully updated and modern. Other things to note We are in a central downtown location. HVAC: The building operates seasonally. AC is available May 15 – Oct 1; Heat is available Oct 1 – May 15. For stays of 7+ nights, guests replenish their own toiletries after the initial supply. 1 pet (up to 50 lbs) is allowed with prior approval. Monthly Extermination Notice There is a mandatory monthly extermination. We will always notify you in advance of the scheduled visit. The service is quick and helps keep the home clean, safe, and pest-free for every guest. We don’t have access to a mailbox for receiving mail, so we recommend having any mail sent to the nearest post office for pickup. We only provide one (1) set of keys per reservation. Kindly make sure this works for your group before booking, as additional key sets are not available. Please note the building patio is currently under renovation through Summer 2026. For monthly stays, a $250 utility fee is applied We kindly require guests to complete our online check-in form. This includes uploading a valid ID and signing the rental agreement.
